Blog entry removed...

An entry in my blog has been removed temporarily or indefinitely really depend on the outcome. The reason it was removed: due to a complain made by a reader.

Well I was "given" by the end of the week or month to have that entry removed or else he would take it to court. If I removed it by then then he would pay back what he was responsible for.

Well, the entry has been removed temporarily. To my dear reader: You have till the end of this month to fulfill your part to make the deletion indefinitely.

On a brighter note.... My baby blog is all grown up!! I had just received my 1st threat incident. Hmmm This also tell me that the circle of readers to my blog has increased significantly; therefore I'm going to sign up for advertising in my blog. Might as well earn some $$$ through people reading my blog and criticising it =)...

So in advance to the readers... Arigato Gozaimatsu (bow bow bow)

Concubine..

Why would someone name their restaurant "Concubine"??? Sounds awful!! Maybe someone should open a restaurant called "Eunuch". The drinks they serve are quite unique and interesting. I had a green tea cocktail and pigeon had a lychee cocktail. Very refreshing.

Food: doesn't meet our expectations in relating to the price. The dishes are over priced, portion is small and the taste is normal. As a fine dining restaurant, there should always be something unique or chef special dishes. There is nothing special or unique with the dishes.

The peking duck was so so. I have tasted better peking duck in one of the chinese restaurant in Chinatown. The lamb was okie as well.

The mussel dish and the seafood dish was good but not fantastic.

The big peas was normal too. Won't be going back there again unless some friends decide to have a get to gather there. =) . And me, most likely, gonna suggest somewhere else. HEHEhehehehe....

Kenji

Such a long time since I've touched on Food Review section. (better late then never)

Restaurant: Kenji along Hutt Street.

In a Japanese (fusion) restaurant, Sake is a must!

Start off with an appetiser that challenges the taste buds (not that challenging =P) and octopus salad.

Mains: I had Duck Leg poached in orange and Japanese tea and smoke duck breast (Fusion) and Pigeon had Wagyu beef rump steak. YUMMY!!!!!

Dessert: cheapest one is the best!!
I had a creme brulee (so so only) but Pigeon's ice cream mix with Japanese tea (Fantastic!!!)

After dinner: Satisfied and a Happy Me!!

The second time we went back we ordered the boat. It was KAWAII!!!!

BUT! the oysters were awful; not fresh and had a foul taste. What is worst that bad oysters?? It's the chef telling you that you are mistaken at the oyster's taste and smell. EXCUSE MEEEE!! I know how fresh oysters taste like and it definitely ain't that!!

Would I go back again to that restaurant? I may when I run out of places to eat.
Pigeon would go there just to order the ice cream...

Work place...

Pros of working in Uni.. you can borrow/ lend stuff for free..... hehehe.... from laptop/camera to cars/parking permit... etc...
I got a memory card reader.... now I've got pics!!! YEH!!!!

To what extend>??

I just came from the "Ladies" at work and there was 70cents in the toilet bowl. (Yes, I peered to make sure how much was it..=P). Anyway, I left it there and carried on with my work.

This leaves a question: To what extend would you pick up something from the toilet bowl (clean ones and flushed ones of course)?

I know if there is a $50 note in there I would, but 70 cents = NAH!....

The Canyon

The Grand Canyon

Check point; daily limit admission to the canyon. Once the limit is reached, the rest of the cars/buses are turned away. That is not funny, considering it takes bout 4 to 5 hours drive from Vegas and another 4-5 hours back.....

The train carrying provisions into the canyon. There is a hotel and a few chalets which are $$$. You can also ride mules and camp at the bottom of the canyon.

Breathe-taking view!! I can see why people marry on sites like this. It's still, quite and misty that makes it seems unreal.
